Most teams stay two or three nights, which gives one full working day with an evening on either side. We also quote one-night retreats and day-format retreats where the team drives home for dinner. Midweek dates are the easiest to secure, and the answer for any specific dates takes about a day: send them and we confirm what is available.
Why two nights is the common choice
Arrive the evening before, run one full day without a checkout clock, close over breakfast. Two nights costs one working day of calendar time and gives the team the evening that an offsite is really for. Three nights adds a second working day or a free afternoon on the mountain or the beach.
One night
A one-night retreat works for a planning session or a leadership meeting that ends with a long dinner and the hot tub. On weekends and holiday weeks the chalets generally book for two nights or more, so a single night is most often possible midweek. Tell us the date and we will say yes or no quickly.
Day retreats
Teams from Collingwood, Barrie and across Simcoe County use the chalets for a day: arrive in the morning, work in the great room, lunch at the table, an hour on the hill or the trails, and home by evening. Ask us to quote the day format; overnight simply adds the bedrooms, the hot tub and a second morning session. See Simcoe County retreats.
Check-in and checkout
We confirm check-in and checkout times with you when you book. If you need the great room early to set up for a morning start, say so when you inquire and we will tell you what is possible for your dates.
