Send us three things: your headcount, your dates or a target week, and what you are planning. Use the contact page, the chat on this site, or call 416.213.7437. There is no deposit to inquire. We check availability across the three chalets, suggest one or several, and reply with a quote, usually within a day. Once you confirm, we hold the chalets for you and send the details.
Step 1: tell us the basics
- Headcount, and whether people share rooms or need one each
- Dates, or a target week if you are flexible
- What you are planning: a working offsite, a team-building trip, an executive retreat, a year-end event
- Anything special: a hybrid session, a private chef, a late arrival
Step 2: availability and a quote
We check the three chalets for your dates, suggest the right number of chalets, and send one quote for the whole property. If the dates are gone, we say so and offer the nearest ones.
Step 3: confirm
Confirm by email and we hold the chalets for you; the payment schedule and cancellation terms come with the quote. Then it is your agenda, your chef and your activities: the Things to Do page lists the local providers to call, and the Group Planner sheet has the basics for your team.
Before you arrive
We confirm check-in and checkout times with you, send the address and parking details, and answer the practical questions: what is in the kitchen, what to bring for the working session, where the beach is.
