Retreat questions

How much does a corporate retreat at Blue Mountain cost?

Retreat questions · Last reviewed October 2026 · Blue Mountain Retreats, hosted by Tyrolean Village Resorts

Short answer

We quote one number for the whole property: a nightly rate per chalet that covers the bedrooms, the great room, the kitchen, the hot tub and the games room, with no per-room rates, no per-hour meeting room and no per-plate catering minimums. The price depends on how many of the three chalets you take, how many nights, and the season. Send your dates and headcount and we usually reply with availability and a quote within a day.

How the pricing works

A stay with us is priced like a private home, not a hotel. You book one, two or all three of the matching luxury chalets at the base of Blue Mountain, and the rate is per chalet, per night. That rate covers everything in the chalet: seven bedrooms, the vaulted great room where your sessions run, a full kitchen, a private hot tub, the games room, decks with a gas BBQ, high-speed wifi and parking at the door. Beach access on Georgian Bay is included for guests.

Because the meeting space is the house you are staying in, there is no separate room-rental line and no clock on it. The room is yours for the whole stay.

What moves the price

  • Number of chalets: one chalet sleeps 14, two sleep 28, and all three sleep 42. Bigger groups add our neighbouring Tyrolean Village cottages.
  • Nights: most teams stay two or three nights; one-night and day-format retreats are quoted too.
  • Season and days: ski-season weekends and holiday weeks are the highest demand; midweek dates and the shoulder months are easier to secure and usually easier on the budget.
  • Lead time: popular dates go first, so the earlier you ask, the more choice you have.

What is not in the chalet rate

Meals, a private chef, activities and transport are arranged separately, so you only pay for what your group actually uses. Every chalet has a fully equipped kitchen and a gas BBQ, Blue Mountain Village and its restaurants are a ten-minute walk, and our Things to Do page lists local chefs, caterers, tour companies and wellness providers you contact directly for group pricing.

How it compares with a hotel

A hotel retreat is usually priced three ways: a room block, a meeting room by the hour or the day, and food and beverage with a per-plate minimum. Here it is one number for the property, and for a group it usually comes in under a hotel block plus a meeting room, with the whole team on one property instead of spread across floors. The simplest way to compare is to ask us for a quote and put it beside the hotel’s three lines.

How to get a quote

Use the contact page or call 416.213.7437 with three things: your headcount, your dates or a target week, and what you are planning. There is no deposit to inquire. We check availability, suggest one chalet or several, and reply with a quote, usually within a day.

Questions

Good to know

Is there a per-person rate?

No. We quote per chalet per night, so the cost per person falls as the chalet fills. A chalet sleeps 14; three side by side sleep 42.

Are meeting rooms extra?

No. The great room, the dining table that seats fourteen and the decks are part of the chalet, available for the whole stay at no extra charge.

Do you require a minimum spend on food?

No. There is no in-house catering and no food and beverage minimum. Cook in the kitchen, book a private chef or caterer from our Things to Do directory, or walk to the Village.

Is there a deposit to get a quote?

No. Send your dates and group size and we reply with availability and a quote, usually within a day. Payment terms come with the quote.
