About two hours by car from Toronto and the GTA. Our chalets are at the base of Blue Mountain just outside Collingwood, Ontario: under an hour from Barrie, about two hours from Kitchener-Waterloo through Guelph and Orangeville, and roughly two hours from Pearson airport. Everyone parks at the chalet, and from there the ski hill is 500 metres away and Blue Mountain Village a ten-minute walk.

Why two hours is the right distance
Close enough that a team drives up after lunch and opens the retreat over dinner; far enough that nobody slips back to the office. No flights, no airport transfers, no hotel shuttle: the offsite starts when the first car parks. See corporate retreats near Toronto.
Getting here
The address is 796455 Grey Road 19, Unit 1, Blue Mountains, ON L9Y 0N8, at the base of the resort. Parking is at the chalets. Carpooling in three or four vehicles is the usual approach for a team of fourteen; for a larger group, tell us when you inquire and we will sort out the parking details.
Once you are here
500 metres to the ski hill, a ten-minute walk to Blue Mountain Village, a five-minute drive to the private Georgian Bay beach. The car can stay parked for the whole retreat.
