7-8 bedrooms per luxury chalet means the celebration and the sleep are the same building. No hotel block to coordinate, no cabs at midnight, no one driving home from a company event. The evening winds down to the hot tub and ping pong table, not a taxi line.

How events & galas run here
Guests arrive
People check into private bedrooms across the afternoon and gather in the great room. No registration desk, no lobby queue — they are already where the event happens.
Cocktail reception
Drinks on the deck with gas BBQ with the mountain in view, or by the wood-burning fireplace on a winter night. The room warms up before anyone is seated.
Dinner and the program
Plated dinner, the launch reveal, or the awards run in the dining room and great room. Your AV, your run of show, your timing — the space is yours, not booked by the hour.
The evening continues
The night moves to the ping pong tables and rec room, the hot tub, or the Village bars a short walk away. No one is calling a cab, so it ends when the room does.
Slow morning
Breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen, then optional ski, gondola, or golf by season — the gala turns into a real overnight, not a late drive home.
Departure
Late checkout where possible. Guests leave from the same place they celebrated, in their own time.

Can you stage a gala for 40-plus across multiple chalets?
Yes. We host 5 to 50. For larger gatherings we cluster luxury chalets on one property and stage the dinner and awards in the biggest great rooms and dining rooms, so the whole company celebrates together. Send your headcount and we'll map the layout.
How do catering and the bar work for the night?
Each luxury chalet has a fully equipped kitchen, so you can bring a caterer, hire a private chef, or self-cater a smaller event, and stock the bar yourself rather than pay ballroom per-drink pricing. Provider listings coming soon — and the Village's restaurants are a short walk for an offsite dinner.
Does this only work as a winter year-end event?
No. Winter adds ski, snowboard, and apres to the next morning, but spring through fall opens hiking, the gondola, golf, and Georgian Bay. Launches, award nights, and appreciation events run year-round, and midweek dates are easiest to secure.
